Director – Enterprise Information Practice

Directors are senior managers that perform most functions of a Partner, however they do not have the sales volume expectation required for full Partner. Directors, working with a Partner are responsible for practice P&L, sales, business development activities, recruiting, personnel development, partner development, solutions definition, and are expected to be visible subject matter experts in the field of EIM. Directors have management oversight of up to 20 consultants. Directors must be passionate leaders and use their experience to coach and mentor associates. Directors must work across practices to create solutions and cross sell opportunities.

- Conduct Employee Reviews, Define Objectives, Approve Expenses and Perform Other Operational Duties
Additional specifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. MIS or Computer Science degree preferred, but not imperative. Masters degree desirable.
8-10 years of IT management consulting experience required. Extensive experience managing client delivery and project teams required. Proven experience defining consulting solutions. Ability to create and manage sales funnel and sales pipeline. Aptitude for communicating and relating to C-Level customers.
No certifications are required, but several are attractive: Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), various certifications from data integration and BI applications (Informatica, IBM Infosphere, Business Objects, ERWin, MicroStrategy, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
Technology utilized includes: CA ERWin, various Data Quality solutions (Informatica PowerCenter, IBM InfoSphere [datastage, qualitystage, etc.], Trillium, others), MS Office solutions, SQL Query Analyzer and other query tools.
Ability to travel up to 100 percent of the time.
