Attevo welcomes the partners of GTM Consulting, LP. Founded by John Frankovich and Matthew Faulkner. GTM Consulting has been providing Management Consulting services since 2001, primarily to the Retail and Manufacturing industries.
John Frankovich has a successful track record in building and operating global consulting practices. Prior to establishing GTM Consulting, John was PwC's Global and Americas Lead IT Strategy Partner and an officer with AT Kearney. John has over 25 years of experience focused on providing operational and IT Strategy consulting in the Retail, High Tech, Consumer and Industrial Products and Transportation industries.
Matthew Faulkner has management consulting experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Distribution, Telecommunications and Aerospace. Matthew's experience includes 10 years as a research and development engineer, and 18 years in strategy and operational improvement planning and implementation, change management and senior executive counsel and coaching.
Steve Johanson has over 15 years of experience assisting organizations with strategy development and business analysis focusing on Strategic Planning, S&OP, Product and Pricing Strategies, and Performance Reporting. Steve's experience includes both consulting and product management for Fortune 500 companies within the High Technology, Enterprise Software, Building Materials, Retail, and Aerospace/Defense industries. Steve managed Oracle's marketing strategies for new growth areas for outsourced business applications known as Oracle Business OnLine (BOL) as well as a line of semiconductor manufacturing equipment at Applied Materials.
Lorine DeHuff has over 12 years of management consulting experience with Consumer Products companies in operations and manufacturing improvement. Lorine has worked with clients to develop and implement Supply Chain Management strategies, manufacturing performance improvement, cost reduction, planning process improvement and inventory reduction. In addition to consulting, Lorine has 8 years experience as an engineer in Aerospace/Defense.
